Today we had an only hare-Floppy Disk, who had disappeared from the hash for one month long and he was back today to be our hare of the 1157th hash. He gave his hash a name as “Back from the other side” hash.

Before the trail:

Today’s trail was preset so we met Floppy Disk at the run site.

On the trail:

Today’s trail was full of moss on the wet rock. If it were raining today, the trail could be very dangerous. But it was luckily that there was no rain so the trail is very nice and easy walk & run.

Today Little Turd was back to the Hash so his father-Constipation walked with us in order to take care of his daughter on the way.

GPS were not leading us today but he followed other girls to go to the wrong way once. So Constipation asked GPS on the way if he was lost again. GPS answered it was not as there was flour on the way and just an X in the end.

On the circle:

After OODirk accused the hare, he brought up today’s RA- Sir cum navigator. So the accusations on the circle were the following, which was partly but not all:

l  Sir cum navigator accused Bastian for complaining the trail not going through for the reason of spider web.

l  Sir cum navigator accused Dave for telling Globewater he is going to live in USA.

l  Floppy Disk accused Constipation for his away from hash for just 1 month then when he was back; he discovered Constipation had been the Full Moon GM.

l  OO-Dirk accused the French and the Dutch for when Merkel heard that Hollande is the new president of France, she promised her friend Sarkozy that Germany will beat Holland during the European Football Cup this summer.

l  Hunka Spunk accused French Tickler and Tumble Print for wearing new shoes.

l  Sir Cum Navigator gave a hash name to Young Joe as “Stiffy”.

Today in Mango, we discovered Bogie Night & Hello Sailor were returning to hash but some regular hashers such as Meatball, Hand Solo & what’s your name again were not here even although there was a big beer party tonight.

Before the trail:

Today at 7:12am Guangzhou’s weather department had reported that there would be a thunder storm in the next 3 hours and the yellow rainfall signal had been hoisted. But we were lucky again there was no any rain this afternoon.

On the trail:

Although there was no any rain but the trail was still wet and slippery. Today GPS were leading us on the trail until we saw a “checking”. We found out there were two ways which had flour marking in front of us but GPS were walking very fast and did not notice there was a “checking” on the trail and going up to the stairs immediately. But Laziji and Fire in the hole did not follow GPS and went to check the other way. Angry Dragon, Christopher, Dave etc. and I were waiting for anyone back but 5 minutes passed and there was no one coming back to the “checking”. So I suggested to follow GPS and others were agreed with me.

Then when we stepped out of the stairs, we saw GPS coming back and he said he could not find out any flours…. Later Christopher discovered there was an X near the stairs….

Today one of the hares—Globewatter broke her arm when she was haring so the hares left a note on the way where Globewatter broke her arm to remind us careful.

Before the circle:

Sir cum navigator, Constipation and Chic Sheik were talking about me being back but GPS was still missing.

“I think GPS walked very fast so he missed the trail.” I said,

“No, GPS was always talking so he missed the trail.” Constipation said.

As we known, Meatball and Hand So Lo always took short-cuts on Hash. It was incredibly and

amazingly that today they were the hares. We could easily imagine that how their hash was going

to be.

Before the trail:

The bus took us to the run site that same as the last one on Constipation & Hunka Spunk’s Hash.

To our surprised, Meatball and Hand So Lo were doing a live run and just getting 14 minutes

ahead, which was not the 15 minutes as other hares did.

After Meatball and Hand So Lo left, OO-Dirk announced that today’s marking rule will be a

little bit different than before. There would be “dots”, “checking” & “False Trail” as well as

“paper” but there wouldn’t have any “back check” today.

Today’s trail was going to be A to A, which I found out before the trail when OO-Dirk was

personally talking to Sir Cum Navigator and Constipation.

On the trail:

When we were on the trail, it was luckily there was no any rain so the trail was not slippery and

was flat and dry mostly. No hasher was getting lost today. Everyone finished the whole trail by

6pm.

On the circle:

After our GM-OO-Dirk accused the hares, then he brought up today’s RA-Meatball so the

accusations on the circle were the following, which was partly but not all:

 OODirk accused Grace for her joining Home Cumming’s last hash a few weeks ago and she

told OO-Dirk today she also met Home Cumming on the Guangzhou to ShangHai’s plane

when Home Cumming was going to transfer the plane to Holland after hash.

 Sir Cum Navigator accused Papa San for looking like a poor man who seems to be unable

to afford the hair cut as his hair was so long.

 Beer Belly Contest: 4 nominees: Meatball, Hand So Lo, Tumble Print’s Brother- in- Law

& Tumble Print’s Sister and the winner is Tumble Print’s Sister.

 For an announcement: 19th of May will be our annually red dress hash and which will be our

charity run as last year and all the hash proceeds from the red dress run will be donated to

those children in need for their education. Also the red dress hash hares have already

donated 4000RMB for that.

After the circle:

The bus dropped us near the Hunan Restaurant for the hash dinner.

I did not plan to write the hash trash, but my legs are being so sore, I have to complain the hares!!!! It is a suffering to walk, stand up, sit down, etc. I have to drink less water to avoid nature calls. Hares, please try to make the walk trail less than 10km, ok?

That weekdays were stormy: thunder, raining cats and dogs. But finally GZ city moved forward a step: most of the roads didn’t become temporarily into rivers. Cars didn’t worked as boats as they used to do in last year. Maybe because of the forward step, God gave a gift to the hashers: a sunshine weekend. Very great Saturday for hash!! Full of bus and limited standing room left.

And Mattress Pad, please do not learn from Hunkaspunk. All GZ hashers: I have to repeat it again: do remember the meet time is 1:30pm, and bus leaves at 2PM sharp!!!! Don’t be late.  Do not be late!!!

On-On

The live hares, Hunkaspunk and Constipation, did not mention it was A to A or A to B trail– should be called A to B or C to C (circle) trail?– they said it is not decided yet before running to set the trail. The site was at Mao Feng Shan again.

Good news was there were Runner trail and Walker trail, I was doubting if I should try once to take the runner trail. God blessed me that I didn’t take the runner trail, the trails were quite long, the walker trail was more than 10km!! But God just half blessed me: on the trail, I had flied for one or two seconds—all my body was suddenly in the air, of course, including both feet, then next moment, my buttocks heavily touched the ground. Based on the experience, I would like to give a suggestion to all the hashers: if you don’t have the wings, do not let your both feet being off the ground at the same time without any preparation.

It was up-down-up trail, very nice air which was cleaned quite well in those stormy days. When the sign “R, W” showed up, I felt quite happy, I thought the end was near, unfortunately it was less than half yet.

Beer Stop

When I saw Hunkaspunk sat at a table, drinking with Double-O-Dirk, I tried to find the bus. But it was just a beer-stop!! Good point was good to have some nice biscuit and cold beer after the long up-down-up trail, bad point was to know there was still around 3km to the end!!! At that moment, I really wanted to kick the hares to the moon if I had the strength.

By the way, do you know there is a hasher who is scared of ducks? The hasher is our GM, Double-O-Dirk. On part of the trail, we passed through some ducks. Well, when Double-O-Dirk after he passed through them, there were 4 quacking ducks started to run after him. Our GM looked back and was some scared, and he started to run!!!

Circle Up

Good point was 60% of the hashers were back, so we could have circle. The GM Double-0-Dirk quickly brought up the RA, Meatballs, after he accused the hare, Constipation– not the hares, for Hunkaspunk was not back yet. lots of accusations, every hasher wanted to make the others get drunk? Including the following:

n  New comers: more than 10 new comers, 5 of them were America. Was the hash in China?

n  Itchy & Scratchy: if there were champion of Accusations in one circle, Itchy & Scratchy won the 1154# hash circle, almost every hasher wanted to accused to her for: 1/the magazines she brought and shared with hashers, which have an advertisement for hash but not easy to find: too small without any picture. 2/have a formal business meeting after some drink, then she had some good sleep in the taxi, driving around in the city till she woke up. She had the meeting, but she fell asleep again during the meeting.  3/seem as being a good model in Mango Bar for GPS, when her pants were not put on yet. 

n  Mattress pad: let the full-of-bus hashers waiting for her in the bus.

n  Mattress pad, Lazhiji and Meatballs: there were more than two hares and two trails in the hash, they set the trail for themselves and made a quite good short cut.

Home Cumming is Cumming Home, Leaving a deep impression on GZ hashers.

All GZ hashers, you could have sex a whole Friday Night and Saturday Morning, do not follow Hunkaspunk and Laziji arranging their sex time during 1:30PM and 1:40PM on Saturday, then take a taxi without taking Hash money. Or Hunkaspunk is already too old to have to find a reason to be quick??? Anyway, they let more than 40 hashers waiting for them on the bus and they didn’t take money with them when they came to Hash, What a Hurry!! All GZ Hashers, do remember the meet time is 1:30pm, and bus leaves at 2PM sharp!!!!

On-On

Seem as that Saturday all the hashers were eager to catch the live hares, Home Cumming and Constipation, for the live hares said “30 Minutes” when the left, but all hashers were “on on” when only “15 Minutes” gone. All hashers wanted to catch them. What an attractive they were!!!

It was the same as last Saturday’s Hash site, MaoFengShan. The beginning was quite close to the beginning of that Famous 2010’s Christmas hash, a freezing Saturday hashers finished their trail after 7pm in the raining. And the ending was quite close to the ending of that unsurpassable hash, Hunkaspunk successfully made all the great hashers get lost in the dark forest, including the hare himself. What are you thinking about the trail now?

It was an unbelievable beautiful hash trail, Ramboo claimed it felt as walking on the red carpet. And she would like to walk on the same trail several times again!!! It was heard again and again: “you should take the runner trail, it was so beautiful”.  “You should take the walk trail, a long part of it was covered with flowers, very beautiful.” — It made hashers doubting how to take two trails in one hash. Those bastards who missed the hash lost an unbelievable beautiful thing. What a pity!

Break Time

Near end of the trail, it was up the dam, on the dam, then down the dam to the bus. But only Globetwatter finished the full trail, all the other hashers made the short cut. They just stayed on the dam, drinking bear and gorging the delicious pancakes, chatting the great hash, enjoying sunshine. It was a quite great time. Home Cumming, GZ hashers will miss you, if not for the most beautiful hash trail, it will be because the delicious pancakes. You are welcome to back GZ hash, always!!

During the great time, hashers had an interruption: GPS wanted to take a whole-group picture before some hashers back. He did not take a picture for hash, he took picture for Fashion Magazine Cover?? If not, why it took him half an hour to take a picture!!!

Circle Up

After sunset, and finished the more than 80 pieces of pancakes, hashers started to remember it was hash time, we should have circle. The GM Double-0-Dirk quickly brought up the RA, Meatballs, after he accused the hares, Home Cumming and Constipation.  Accusations including, but not all:

n  New comers: sexual workers.

n  Sir Cum Navigator to last week’s new comers: 3 of them back to hash again, it proved that #1149 hash was the best hash ever.

n  To GPS: he is also known as Grand Pan Sanitizer, but outside of the vessels are growing fungi. Well, the inside is clean to drink beer. GPS, please leave the hash flash job to HASH FLASH, and do your Grand Pan Sanitizer. And please just press the button when you wants picture, do not let hashers keep the pose for 30Mins. It is hash.

n  To Home Cumming: he is always strong and brave to check at every checking-circle, he is being hare. He is kind and Generous.

n  The GM to Tiger Pluger, : he got his 25 hash Run numbers, when he wearing his worst hash 2010 T-shirt.

n  To Pink Bits: after her 230 hash runs, she finally introduced the hash to her sister.

n  Angela Blew Me to Papasang: on the trail, she heard one of hashers, he took his 8-year-old daughter to hash, said to his daughter:” are you ok? Slow down.” Well, whenever Papasang saw her on the hash said:”quick, quick, Angela.”

Titty Tattle

The best hash ever: it is long and hard, with wet and slippery. The weather have cultivated fungi and moss more than enough in the past 30 days, offered one of the two needed factors of the best hash: wet and slippery. As the well-known long-and-hard provider, Sir Cum Navigator and Globetwatter, were the live hares, offered the other one: long and hard. The best hash is done, with a bonus for all hashers: it was a sunshine afternoon after a cloudy month.

On-On How long Meatballs haven’t have sex? He was eager to catch the hare to do Cir Cum Navigator!! Less than 5 Minutes, Meatballs was already on his way! The hares said 15 minutes when they left to set the trail. He couldn’t wait for 15 minutes. But the hares successfully kept the hasher behind by lots of check-circles. Meatballs, if you want to catch the hares and do your job, you should leave before the hares.

It was a new trail in an old place, MaoFeng mountain. At every circle, hashers took a little time to find the right direction! Especially the right direction was turn to left!! It made the runner hashes shouted “ice the hare” when they were checking on a slippery slope same as walking in a labyrinth.

At one part, seem as we were on the way which we passed them when we down, Double-0-Dirk and Constipation was chatting:

D: we can back if we back the trail.

C: it is long to back.

D: do you think we already finish half? Come on, it is Globetwatter.

C: where is Meatballs?

D: possibly being with the cold beer.

But it was an unfortunate day for Meatballs, he failed to catch Hare Sir Cum Navigator, and he didn’t do the short-cut well either. He back to the cold beer behind those runners.

Circle Up Accusation including, but not all:

 New comers: anyway, always linked with working and sex tour. Even I was not there, I knew the accusation.

 Shoeless Ho: the new Hash Flash is born, since the nominated Hash Flash Boogie Nights haven’t show up in GZ hash for long time.

 Meatballs to the hares: one of the rules of hash is– no rule– and don’t leave anything behind. Where is the rope? There was a vertical part – around 3 meters high—hashers have to down, clasping the rope.

 GM to Titty Tattle: for the 50 runs. Half of the brain is excited about the 50 runs, half of the brain is busy calculating and crying for the money. Sorry, no more space to remember who was beside me and how many runs they get.

 Shoeless Ho picked up several good drinkers to delegate every continent to have a beer race: Chinese for Asia, Pixie for Europe, Cir Cum Navigator for A*nila, do any more people know the continent of A*nila except Cir Cum Navigator? Anyway the winner of the beer race is Cir Cum Navigator.

 The GM, double-0-dirk, accused,:” why has to be good drinkers for the beer race? Let’s have a race for AssGM” So Angela Blew Me, Constipation, Globetwatter and GPS were there. Before the race, Papa Sang encouraged Angela Blew Me, Constipation looks as he already won the race. But the winner is…is … Globetwatter!! Now Globetwatter is the AssGM, the GM’s sidekick.

 Ladies and Gentlemen–actually there is none of them in Hash–: please pay attention to Papasang, try to keep far way from them if you don’t want to have STD, now he is also known as STD!!! …… Super T-shirt Designer.

During the week, Guangzhou’s weather was warm and humid but on the weekend it changed to be rainy and cold. The temperature was dropped by several degrees.

Before the trail:

Sir Cum Navigator gave us a briefing as usual. He told us most of the flour today would be marked on the trees or walls as it was raining and there would be no walker’s and runner’s split but there would be a “SCB” marking on the way, which were the words: “Short-cut Baster” in short.

On the trail:

Today the hash trail was terrible and it was wet and slippery. Most hashers were fallen down several times on the way, such as hunkaspunk, Pink Bit & me etc.

Today the front runners were the following and the information was quoted from Chic Sheik:

 The 1st: Chic Sheik

Temperature: 9℃ ~15℃

Today it’s Glow Ball’s farewell hash. The hares-Glow ball, Chic Sheik & Mona Lisa arranged a day trip with several “virgin” experiences for us: Virgin Territory, Virgin Mountain, and Virgin Restaurant & Virgin Hares. So today we went to Glow Ball’s working city – TaiShan, where is the hometown of most Overseas Chinese, to celebrate Glow Ball’s farewell hash. With the current CPI in china had been reached as high as 5%, the hash price is very reasonable and just costs our hashers 100RMB per person, which includes bus fare, drinks, hash run and dinner but excludes the lunch.

Before the trail:

Today our hares- Glow ball and Mona Lisa were jet lag again. They did not come to the meeting site on time and were late for around 15 minutes later.

On the trail:

Today the hash trail is not marking clearly. So we had some difficulties to get started. No one can find the flour until one of the hares -Lisa yield to go straight. So we go straight until we can find the flour later. Before the trail, Constipation told me the trail would be very long and it would take 3 hours. And it really nearly took me 3 hours to finish the whole trail. We started running at 10 past 2 and I was back to the bus at 5 past 5, which is nearly 10 past 5.

On the circle:

Before the circle, we got Jochem on ice for his naming and got Glow Ball on ice for his farewell. Then our GM OO-Dirk brought up Shoeless Ho to be our RA today. The accusations on the circle were the following, which was partly but not all:

 New Comers: roughly 5.

 Returnee: OO-Dirk, Who’s your daddy etc...

 Hunks Spunk accused Laziji & Constipation for his away to Holland for the last 2 weeks and left Laziji alone in his big apartment so Constipation took care of Laziji by asking her to join his family during Hunka being away.

 Hunka Spunk accused Floppy Disk & his girlfriend Shirley for Shirley telling him good news, and she told him she was wearing new shoes.

 Chic Sheik accused OO-Dirk for sending his wrong havetisement to the hashers for the reason of no one reading the hashvertisement.

 Sir Cum Navigator was giving a hash name to Jochem as “Home Cumming”

Our hare – Glow Ball took us to a local restaurant in Taishan and the restaurant is well-known by its good food in the Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau.

Today OO-Dirk & Christopher is our hare and Christopher is the virgin hare.

Before the trail:

When our bus picked up the hares at the west gate of BaiYun Mountain, OO-Dirk was so surprised that there were only 13 hashers joining the hash today as he and Christopher had set a good trail for us.

On the trail:

Today’s hash trail was very nice and it is up mostly, which brought a good exercise for us. There is no short-cutter on the trail today, even Meatball-the short-cuter king also finished the whole trail. Today the front runner is Tumble Print, which is the first time for Tumble Print to be the front runner during her hashing history.

On the circle:

Our GM OO-Dirk brought up Meatball to be our RA today, the accusations on the circle was the following, which was partly but not all:

 New Comer: Unfortunately there was no new comer today.

 Returnee: Hello Sailor.

 OO-Dirk accused his Co-hare- Christopher for mixing the time to be the hare. Last week we were in CongHua but Christopher was in Mango and waited for OO-Dirk until 2 pm. So he called OO-Dirk then he found out he had mixed the time to be the hare.

 OO-Dirk accused PAPA San for the good design of Soggy Biscuit’s Fxxkoff T-shirt as there are only six T-shirts left, which is only the small size and is only fit for Little Turf but not Meatball.

 Meatball made an announcement for the next week hash as next week is the Chinese New Year Eve and there will be no bus, no hare etc. but there still has hash, which will be a Pub Cowl hash.

Today Diarrhea had prepared so much food for us to eat after the run but unfortunately we cannot eat them all as so little hashers coming so there was too much food left on hash and our GM OO-Dirk decided that we brought the rest food to Mango as our hash dinner and tried to eat them all in Mango.

Weather: Most Cold & Cloudy and Partly Sunshine.

Temperature:5℃ ~19℃

This week’s hash is the first hash in New Year 2012 and it is Soggy Biscuit’s Farewell Hash also. So we left Guangzhou and moved to Cong Hua to have our No 1138 hash so that we can give soggy Biscuit a warm celebrating farewell.

A Special Guest:

During this week’s hash, we had a very special guest to join us, who is a 2 year old little boy –Stephen. Stephen is a very clever boy and he can speak 2 languages already-Chinese & English.

When we ask him in English,

“How are you?”

He can answer you in English,

“I am fine, thank you.”

When he was drinking WangLaoJi (王老吉) on the bus，he can tell you in Chinese, “I always drink WangLaoJi (王老吉) after the meal,”

“What do you drink?”

“WangLaoJi (王老吉)！” He answered in Chinese.

Stephen is a civilize boy also. We saw him when he had any rubbish, he knew he should put them in the rubbish bin.

On Saturday’s Afternoon Hash:

We arrived in CongHua in Saturday’s morning at around 11:30am. After we made the check-in in the hotel and dropped our luggage in our room, we got back to the bus at around 12:30pm and then the bus took us to today’s hashing site. After the bus was driving on the way for several minutes later, OO-Dirk found out he had left Glow Ball and Lisa in the hotel but it is impossible for the bus to drive back and pick them up again so they had to come to the site on their own. In the afternoon the hash hare was Soggy Biscuit, Sir Cum Navigator & Globewatter. As one of the hare- Sir Cum Navigator told us before the trail if we follow the “False” trail, it would be the

shortest and easiest way to go back to the bus. So there were 13 hashers taking the short cut today. After we finished the whole trail, we took the bus back to the hotel and had the hash circle there as it was supper cold in today’s hashing site.

On the Circle:

As it was Soggy Biscuit’s Farewell Hash, so everybody was getting him drunk on the circle until late.

Meatball was today’s RA. And the following is the part of accusations:

 New Comers: there were 4 new comers today.

 Returnees: Shoeless, Glow Ball & Lisa, Rotten Rock, Pin Head etc.

 Meatball accused Soggy Biscuit to pick the coldest day during the year to have his farewell hash but not in the summer such as July or August.

 Mattress Pad accused Soggy Biscuit for his gentleman attitude as there was one night Mattress Pad getting drunk in Hill Bar and Soggy Biscuit took her to his apartment and took good care of her.

 OO-Dirk accused Glow ball & Lisa for missing the bus before the run as he had a jetlag today.

After the circle：

We had a BBQ hash dinner in the hotel.

We had a 45 minutes hash in the hotel nearby in Sunday Morning. As it is A to A hash, we got back to the hotel after we finished the whole trail. After we had the lunch at nearby restaurant, we went back to Guangzhou in the Sunday afternoon.
